Every session is designed to uncover and release the root causes of your physical, emotional, or energetic challenges—whether you’re dealing with pain, anxiety, fatigue, or recurring life patterns. The process is simple, yet profoundly effective.

Step 1: We Connect

Sessions take place via Zoom, so you can be in the comfort of your own home. We start with a relaxed conversation where you share what’s currently going on—physically, emotionally, or energetically. No need to prepare anything—just come as you are.

Step 2: I Tune Into Your Subconscious
​
Next, I connect with your subconscious mind—the part of you that holds the answers to what’s really going on beneath the surface. Using muscle testing (which works perfectly at a distance), I ask specific questions to identify the underlying causes of your concern.
For example, if you have shoulder pain, I’ll ask:
“What is the underlying cause of this pain?”
Your subconscious may reveal trapped emotions, imbalances, past traumas, or even inherited patterns. We then gently release each layer, one by one—always working within what your body is ready to let go of.

Step 3: Integration

After the session, you’ll enter a processing time—a natural period where your body and energy field integrate the changes. This may include feeling lighter, emotional release, deeper sleep, or even physical shifts.
